30-day money-back guarantee. If the VYKON Hub isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. No hoops.

How to request a refund

Payments for Vykon Coaching are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with, or email us at support@vykon.us and we'll help get it started.

Renewals and cancellations

• You can cancel any time from Billing inside the Hub, or through paddle.net.
• When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
• The 30-day guarantee applies to your initial purchase. For a renewal you didn't intend, contact us — we'd rather make it right than keep money you didn't mean to spend.

Free trials

Where a 14-day free trial is offered, a payment method is required and billing starts when the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged.

Paddle's policy
